Refund policy

At LazyRon™, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is also required.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address and further details on how to send back your item.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is damaged
  • You received the wrong product
  • Your item arrived defective

We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and personal care reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Used personal care products
  • Opened hygiene items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before making a request.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your eligible product (if approved) and place a new order separately.


14-Day Cancellation Right (EU Customers)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must remain unused, in original condition, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
